“Don’t Ignore the Warning Pain”
“Stop your swings for a minute,” Coach Matt called out.
“You all love power shots, but do you know what ruins most players? Ignoring elbow pain.”
The students gathered around.
“This starts as a small strain… and turns into tennis elbow. And once it gets serious, even holding the racket hurts.”
He picked up a tennis elbow support band.
“A proper elbow support for tennis elbow reduces strain during every swing. It protects your tendons while you play.”
A student asked, “Sir, is one support enough?”
Coach nodded. “Use what suits you—a tennis elbow belt, a tennis elbow splint, or even an elbow cap for tennis elbow. The goal is support and prevention.”
He looked at them firmly.
“Play smart. Power wins matches but protection saves your career.”
